"I have a family history of heart disease, and at age 50 I had plaque removed from my neck! Every doctor that came into the room said, "What are you doing here? Do you smoke? (No, never.) " This is an old person's procedure!"

So I decided to change the story, the history, and adopted a vegan diet with the support of my sister. Vegan sisters! Going vegan was a health decision, but quickly became a compassion reason! I will never go back."
